Shipping within Canada and the United States of America (U.S.A.)

1. Aroma Crystal Therapy ships within Canada using ATS or Canada Post.
2. Aroma Crystal Therapy ships within the U.S.A. using FedEx or United States Parcel Service.
3. All shipping within Canada and the U.S.A. is performed for the flat rate of $15.00.
4.  All shipping within Canada and the U.S.A. is FREE for purchases exceeding $125.00!
5. Estimated lead time differs depending on the destination. Shipments within North America generally take 5 - 14 business days to arrive.

Shipping to an International Address

1. Aroma Crystal Therapy ships international packages using courier services which can vary depending on the country and shipping rate.
2. All shipping charges are the paid by the customer.
3. Shipping times will vary depending on the destination country and customs. Typically international shipments will take 10 – 30 business days to arrive.
4. Please contact us if you would like to place an order to an international address so we can generate a quote for the shipping charges.

All import duty fees and taxes incurred in the recipient’s nation upon delivery are the responsibility of the consumer, including potential inspection fees and/or any other charges issued to the consumer by their government.

RETURNS

Aroma Crystal Therapy Ltd. is committed to providing our customers with the highest quality of skin and body care products. We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction.

It has been our goal to “Heal the Planet one person at a Time” but sometimes our Award-winning line of Gardener’s Dream Skin Care products are not for everyone. For this reason, we will exchange or refund a product if it has not been opened, damaged or used. Opened products will be not be accepted for returns or credits due to hygienic reasons.

Products must be returned within 30 days with original receipt of purchase. Please return your product to the store that you purchased it from.

We are commitment to the environment, in reducing shipping and processing costs of returns and wasted products.

We regret that we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping or refund your original shipping charges unless the return was a result of our error.

All returned items must be in the original condition with the original packaging and must be returned within 30 days of purchase with an authentic receipt. Shipping charges will not be refunded or credited.

We reserve the right to deduct the shipping costs from returned/exchanged items that had originally qualified for free shipping.
