Shipping within Canada and the United States of America (U.S.A.)

1. Aroma Crystal Therapy ships within Canada using Canada Post.
2. All shipping within Canada is performed at a flat rate of $15.00 on orders totaling less than $200.00.
3. On orders within Canada totaling $200.00 or more, shipping is free.
   
4. Due to ongoing changes and uncertainties surrounding U.S. import tariffs and customs processing, we have temporarily suspended shipping to the United States until further notice. We appreciate the interest and support from our U.S. customers and are actively monitoring the situation. Shipping to the United States will resume once we are able to ensure reliable delivery and reasonable costs for our customers.

Shipping to an International Address

1. Aroma Crystal Therapy ships international packages using courier services, which may vary depending on the destination country and shipping rate.
2. The customer pays all shipping charges.
3. Shipping times vary depending on the destination country and customs. Typically, international shipments take 10–30 business days to arrive.
4. Please contact us if you would like to place an order to an international address so we can generate a shipping quote.

All import duty fees and taxes incurred in the recipient’s country upon delivery are the consumer's responsibility, including potential inspection fees and any other charges issued by the government.
