For this reason, we will exchange or refund a product if it has not been opened, damaged or used. Opened products will be not be accepted for returns or credits due to hygienic reasons.
Products must be returned within 30 days with original receipt of purchase. Please return your product to the store that you purchased it from.
We are commitment to the environment, in reducing shipping and processing costs of returns and wasted products.
We regret that we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping or refund your original shipping charges unless the return was a result of our error.
